1. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle. Requests received after the billing cycle has started will take effect from the next billing cycle.Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or remaining subscription time.
2. One-Time or Custom Services
For one-time services or custom AI setup (such as school-specific configurations or special feature deployments), cancellation is not permitted once work has started. This is because technical resources, development time, and third-party services are allocated immediately after payment. If a cancellation request is made before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Services
As stated in our Refund Policy, all subscriptions and services are non-refundable once activated or delivered. This applies regardless of usage, academic expectations, or change of mind.
4. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice if there is:
Violation of our Terms & Conditions
Misuse or abuse of the AI system
Fraudulent activity
Harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior toward our platform, users, or staff
In such cases, no refunds or credits will be provided.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
